About the Role:

As our Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high-end residential gardens, leading a small crew, and ensuring top-notch service for our valued clients. You’ll be hands-on with the work, but also client-facing – so strong communication and a friendly, professional attitude are essential. A Cert III in Horticulture and experience using ride on lawn mowers would be an advantage, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

 Garden maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedging, weeding, and planting

 Managing a small team on-site

 Liaising with clients and ensuring their needs are met

 Maintaining high standards and completing jobs efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

 Proven experience in garden maintenance or horticulture

 Leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team

 A genuine passion for gardening and outdoor work

 Strong rapport with clients and great communication

 Reliability and a strong work ethic

 Driver’s license required
