We are searching for an energetic Credit Officer to join our team in Concord, NSW.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor accounts on a daily basis
• Identify outstanding account receivables
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills
• Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing issues
• Receipting the data entry of amount collected in the system
• Resolve customer credit issues
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
• Update account status records
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Excellent communication skills
• Efficient and organised
• Attention to detail
• A capacity for problem-solving and decision-making
• Moderate computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office
• MYOB experience
