Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer – Full-Time Opportunity

📍 Location: Bundall, QLD
🕒 Hours: Full-time – 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (No weekends or public holidays!)
💼 Salary: $55,000 to $65,000, based on experience

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and compassionate Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer to join our friendly, close-knit team in our Bundall office.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making outbound calls to follow up on overdue accounts with professionalism and care

Responding to inbound enquiries with confidence and compassion

Working with customers to find realistic, tailored solutions to financial challenges

Maintaining accurate records and managing accounts via our industry based programme

Collaborating with a supportive team

What You Bring to the Table:

Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or collections is highly regarded

Ability to learn new systems quickly and work well in a team

A mature, professional approach and a genuine desire to help people
