About the Position
We are seeking a Level 2 Escalation Technician to join our service desk team. We're looking for someone who;
Is customer service-focused (not afraid to get on the phone with a client).
Has great technical knowledge (certificates, and is knowledge hungry)
Has great troubleshooting skills (doesn't miss the basics, solves quickly)
Has more than 2 years of experience in an MSP (knows the industry)
Is experienced in Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure (certified is preferable)
What does the role look like
You will be working within a team of five to provide day-to-day support and guidance to our awesome clients by phone and email.
Responsibilities
Advanced troubleshooting
Major incident management
Escalated onsite service
Proactive maintenance
Project Assistance
Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
Support and upskill of Level 1 Triage Technicians
