About the role

Join the team at the West Coast Endoscopy Centre as a part-time Medical Administration Assistant. In this role, you will be an integral member of the administrative team, providing critical support to ensure the smooth running of our state-of-the-art medical facility in Joondalup, WA.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors to the centre

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records and patient files

Assisting with insurance claims and billing processes

Ordering and maintaining medical supplies and inventory

Providing general administrative support to the clinical team as needed

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, clinicians and other stakeholders

Strong organisational and time management abilities to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using medical software and computer systems

Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to excellent patient care

Previous experience in medical administration desirable
