Duchess Medical Practice has been providing quality General Practice to the Busselton community for over 35 years. We have two sites, one in central Busselton and another in the growing suburb of Vasse.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, highly organised and supportive team in a flexible part time office admin role.

We are looking for the right individual to assist our admin team with an overflow of tasks on a weekly basis.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Assist our Administration team with completion of tasks. Tasks may change weekly dependent on deadlines and ongoing projects

Task such as the following

Providing updated information to assist our bookkeepers

Use Best Practice for file management

Upload documentation to Medicare PRODA system

Invoicing third parties and receipting remittances

Electronic filing and record management

Medicare bulk claim adjustments and receipting

Support Reception as required

Skills and experience

Prior administration experience

Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently with initiative

Excellent communication skills

Keen attention to detail and to work with professionalism & confidentiality
