We’re looking for a driven Claims Executive or Claims Manager with specific experience in commercial or heavy motor claims to manage a portfolio of complex, end-to-end claims. About the Role
Based in our Brisbane office and reporting to a Claims Team Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of 170–200 active claims involving heavy motor, fleet, and machinery risks.

This is an end-to-end claims role where you will:

• Manage motor and transport claims from lodgement to resolution
• Handle liability, recoveries, and aggregate claims structures
• Interpret policy wordings and advise clients directly
• Liaise with insurers, assessors, and third-party providers
• Attend client meetings and site visits when needed
• Support junior team members with technical guidance

• Salary & Bonus: $100k–$110k + super + discretionary bonus

Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial, heavy motor, or fleet claims
• Knowledge of prime movers, rigid vehicles, trailers, and aggregate structures
• Strong communication skills and confidence managing clients directly

Desirable qualifications:

• Tier 1 or 2 insurance qualifications or a Bachelor of Law
• Broader commercial insurance claims knowledge (e.g., Property, Marine)
