We are seeking an experienced and trade qualified Cook to join our team at The Coffee Club Craigieburn in Craigieburn VIC 3064. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards using fresh ingredients

Make fresh salads and wet dishes that match our quality and taste.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests

Keep the kitchen organised and flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Assist with stocking ingredients, ensuring everything is fresh and ready to go.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role

Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
