We are a popular, full-service restaurant, offering a wide selection of authentic Greek food made daily in our kitchen. We make, bake, cook, and prepare a range of traditional Greek dishes from scratch on our premises.

We are looking for a qualified chef with a passion for Greek cuisine and Mediterranean flavors and demonstrated experience in a premium Greek dining venue.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary of $75,000.

We are seeking the following attributes from potential candidates:

- At least three years of experience working as a qualified chef or cook in a high-pressure kitchen environment.

- The ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to balance business sense in delivering delicious food with

creativity in menu designs, specials and chef specialties.

- Attention to detail in quality control, administration, WHS, food service management and cleanliness.

- Excellent time-management and experience in making fast-paced decisions to ensure delivery of service on time and at a high quality, consistently.
