Due to increasing demand, we are offering a Senior Occupational Therapist the opportunity to join our Practice Partnership Model—an opportunity that provides autonomy, high earning potential, and the ability to shape your own practice while being supported by an established and respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), ensuring clients receive person-centred, high-quality care.
• Develop and implement person-led therapeutic plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and NDIS requirements.
• Utilise and delegate appropriate tasks to an Allied Health Assistant, enhancing service efficiency and client outcomes.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment AHA plans proactively, and produce high-quality, clinically robust reports.
• Educate and empower clients and their families on adaptive techniques, strategies, and equipment to enhance daily living skills.
• Collaborate closely with Support Coordinators, Support Services, other healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to care.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Extensive experience in Functional Capacity Assessments and strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks.
• High-level clinical report writing skills, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, while effectively delegating tasks to an Allied Health Assistant.
• A deep commitment to person-centred care, ensuring every client achieves meaningful outcomes.
