The TerryWhite Chemmart Bondi Junction team is on the lookout for a new Pharmacist Manager to join our team. Our store is open seven days a week, offering quality customer care to the local Bondi Junction community.

We are a locally owned community pharmacy conveniently located inside Westfield Bondi Junction, with a focus on customer care, relationships, and professional services, including vaccinations. As our new pharmacist, you will not only be required to dispense but also take on an active role in counselling and building strong relationships within our community

Being a Pharmacist at TerryWhite Chemmart

As a pharmacist at TerryWhite Chemmart, you will play an important role in facilitating exceptional healthcare and service to our valued customers by ensuring they receive the right medications and the best possible advice at every visit. Your knowledge and efficient dispensing skills will enable you to prepare prescriptions accurately and within the highest health care standards. With customer service and patient interactive dispensing being an important part of our service, as a pharmacist at TerryWhite Chemmart, you will also actively step out of the counter and dispensary area to counsel patients and develop strong customer connections.

Our pharmacy has a higher retail focus, suiting a pharmacist who enjoys interacting with customers and offering assistance to those traveling (both outbound & inbound to the beautiful city of Sydney) and our local Bondi Junction community. Good communication skills and the ability to quickly determine a customer's needs are important skills to have. You will be required to meet all professional and ethical requirements and ensure that all policies and required standards are adhered to. You will also be involved in some of the management aspects of the business and have the opportunity to:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Work with a great team to support you
• Be exposed to an interesting and exciting customer demographic - for example, the jet-setting public community
• Be responsible for staff supervision
• Have input into the continued growth & success of the business.
• Have experience with the MINFOS dispensing system
• Offer Vaccination Services (including Covid and Flu Vaccinations)
• Provide travelling advice, including travel vaccinations
• Manage the pharmacy day to day activities

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and hold current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA.

In addition to this, our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a clear and effective communication style. Your genuine passion and motivation for community pharmacy will shine in every customer interaction!
