Pharmacy Retail Manager
Plevey’s Pharmacy Bega is looking for a pharmacy retail manager to join our team.
We have an opening for a retail manager to oversee our front of shop daily tasks and admin. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the pharmacy industry (or willing to undertake training) and business administration
About the Role
Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy
Develop and manage team member’s performance alongside Pharmacist Manager
Manage rostering of team members
Stock ordering, invoicing, stock rotation and inventory management
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by implementing policies and procedures
Contribute to the overall financial performance of the pharmacy and driving overall store performance
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
Ability to liaise with reps for ordering and stock promotion
Book keeping for accounts management (customer accounts, work cover, NDIS and business account) and payroll
38 hours per week plus super
About You
Previous retail management experience
Team orientated and able to train other staff
Excellent customer service, communication skills
Excellent computer skills to use pharmacy management software and other relevant technology
A recent Cert III in Community Pharmacy or willingness to undertake this training and ongoing training
A background in book keeping or business administration
