About the Role:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and performance targets

About You:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience in a Centre Manager role OR ECM Experience
• Strong leadership, compliance, and occupancy growth skills
• Current Working with Children Check
