The Role:
We are seeking expressions of interest for experienced risk management professional for an exciting role that's available for an ASAP commencement.
Your core duties & responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update information on the clients intranet
- Draft general correspondence, reports, and statistical data.
- Conduct research relevant to the role and offer recommendations.
- Provide administrative support during audits, including documenting findings and recommendations.
- Handle public liability, professional indemnity, motor vehicle, and other claims, coordinating with relevant departments for incident investigations and record management.
- Prepare incident data for the Corporate Risk Management Committee and Executive Leadership Team, and gather data for insurance renewals.
- Support the risk management framework by administering risk management software (Camms) and offering advice.
- Advise on and assist with the Client's Integrated Management System, covering Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Risk Management Systems.
- Participate in and manage projects, ensuring successful implementation of outcomes.
- Perform additional tasks within the scope of the employee's knowledge, skills, and training.
What you will need to succeed
Practical competence gained through several years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of industry and professional risk management standards, frameworks, and tools.
Experience in conducting internal audits, making recommendations, and providing advice to stakeholders. Strong research and report writing skills, with the ability to analyze information from various sources to prepare recommendations.
Experience in planning and implementing projects and activities,
High proficiency in word processing, formatting, spreadsheets, website content management systems, and database applications, along with experience in analyzing and providing statistical data.
Demonstrated ability to stay highly organized and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Ability to liaise effectively and cooperatively with a wide range of employees, external organizations, and government agencies.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to self-reflect and uphold organisational values and behavioural standards.
