About the Opportunity:
The Recruit Group is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded luxury developer/builder to appoint a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of premium luxury townhome projects across Southeast Queensland. This award-winning company is known for its architectural excellence, commitment to quality, and strong project pipeline across high-end residential communities.

About the Role:

• Oversee multiple luxury townhome projects from planning through to handover
• Lead and support site teams to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
• Manage construction programs, site safety, and compliance requirements
• Uphold architectural and design integrity across all builds
• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and key suppliers
• Drive performance via structured site meetings, progress tracking, and issue resolution
• Ensure smooth handovers with thorough QA and final documentation

About You:

• Proven experience delivering high-end residential or luxury townhome projects
• Holds a Low Rise Site Supervisor Licence (Mandatory)
• Strong vendor management and project delivery skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Detail-oriented, commercially savvy, and solutions-focused
• Resilient, organised, and effective in fast-paced environments
