About the Role

As a Loan Assessor, you’ll be responsible for assessing loan applications in line with credit laws and internal policies. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing loan applications to make responsible lending decisions.

Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.

Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions.

Ensuring compliance with credit laws and company policies.

Handling customer account inquiries.

This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 role – we operate on a rotational roster, including afternoon shifts and weekend overtime. But here’s the best part: we offer exceptional overtime rates and generous shift incentives, so your flexibility and hard work will be well rewarded!

About You

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-moving industry. While loan assessing experience is not required, strong customer service skills and a professional approach are essential.
