Qualifications & experience
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work in a team environment
Experience in a similar administration role and bookkeeping knowledge
Exceptional communication and customer service skills in person as well as over the phone.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong Time management skills and flexibility to adapt to various situations and jobs
Tasks & responsibilities
Handling various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, contract processing, filing, answering phone calls and general office duties.
Assisting customers whilst they are choosing their colours.
Payroll & Superannuation
Processing reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks
Preparing paperwork for the licensing of caravans
A current police clearance will need to be presented to become a successful applicant. This can be provided after the interview.
