Bakers Delight Emu Plains is seeking 2 full-time qualified bakers skilled in all aspects of scratch-baking bakery production with a professional approach.

You will be responsible for

Undertake scratch baking using different techniques and present a high-quality product to meet customer needs.

Operate all kitchen equipment safely and competently.

Follow daily production schedule and minimize wastage

Training apprentices and bakery assistants

Maintaining a clean and safe bakery environment

Assisting with controlling stock and production expenses

As a passionate baker, you will need to

have at least 1 year of relevant experience

an Australian apprenticeship or AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IV in Baking or at least 3 years of relevant experience in place of the qualification.

be a team player

be available for an early start and work on weekends

be able to work in a busy production environment

have full working rights in Australia.

Terms and conditions are as per the applicable award/certified agreement. An annual salary of $73,500 to $76,000 per annum plus superannuation will be paid to the right candidate.
