About the Position
We are looking to welcome an Administration Officer to provide clerical and administrative support for the Rockhampton region.
- Full time position.
- Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.
- Level 3 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $73,804 - $79,139 + Super.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effectively manage reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence, including emails.
- Interact in a professional and courteous manner with all clients and visitors.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Directors, Managers, and other team members.

About You
- Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years’ experience providing administrative support to a busy office.
- Experience in the human services industry (desirable).
- Proven strong administration skills and an ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
