Role

• Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing high-level tax and business advice
• Mentor and review work of junior team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships - autonomy of your own portfolio
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
• Clear mentorship and progression to partner - hands on approach to your career pathway

About You

• CA/CPA qualified
• Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in Australian public practice accounting
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client trust
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage deadlines in a remote/hybrid environment
• Experience with Xero, MYOB, and cloud-based tools preferred
