We are seeking a driven, strategic, and globally minded International Recruitment Manager to lead the charge in attracting top international talent to GBC. This is a high-impact, frontline leadership role that directly influences the growth and diversity of our student community.

What You'll Be Doing:

Grow student numbers across all intakes by executing results-driven recruitment plans.

Design and implement global strategies that attract students from key regions, with a clear focus on ROI and conversion.

Build and expand agent networks across the Sub-Continent and Southeast Asia—onboarding, training, and supporting high-performing partners.

Represent GBC globally at education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.

Leverage digital marketing platforms (social, email, and web) to boost GBC’s international brand presence.

Ensure compliance with TEQSA, DHA visa requirements, and GTE/GS standards—minimizing visa rejections and maintaining high CoE success rates.

Support international students holistically, from pre-departure to post arrival and creating an exceptional student journey at GBC.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

A track record of success in international student recruitment in the Australian higher education sector.

Deep understanding of agent management, recruitment pipelines, and enrolment conversion metrics.

Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Experience working with CRM tools, data analysis, and marketing platforms is highly desirable.
