About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Whif in Brendale, QLD. This part-time position will see you play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Create and distribute engaging email marketing campaigns

Respond to customer inquiries via email

Provide administrative support, including data entry and reporting

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer communication

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and customer service

What we're looking for

Prior experience using Klaviyo email marketing platform will be a huge advantage

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with email marketing platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Prior experience in email marketing and/or customer service is preferred
