Are you ready to kickstart your project management career in residential renovations? We're looking for a proactive and organised Junior Project Manager to join our growing Brisbane-based team. You’ll support the delivery of high-quality kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and internal home renovations, working alongside senior project managers, subcontractors, and clients to help keep every job running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules and budgets

 Track progress across project phases, from handover to final completion

 Coordinate communication between trades, suppliers, and clients

 Verify site measurements and assist in accurate materials ordering

 Help monitor timelines and flag any delays or issues to the project lead

 Conduct job site visits (as needed) to observe progress and assist with inspections

 Maintain clear records and job documentation using standard office tools

What You’ll Need to Succeed

 1–2 years of experience in residential renovations, construction coordination, or a related role

 Excellent organisation and time management skills

 Confident communication with trades, clients, and internal teams

 Basic knowledge of renovation project stages and materials

 Ability to learn quickly and take initiative on-site and in the office

 Familiarity with spreadsheets, calendars, and cloud-based project tools

 Certificate or degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture (preferred but not essential)
