Your Role:

As our Area Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence. Your days will be diverse and engaging as you:

- Lead and inspire our cleaning teams to deliver outstanding results

- Conduct thorough quality site inspections to maintain our high standards

- Perform hands-on cleaning when required covering Holiday and Sick Days and starting up new contracts

- Manage staff schedules and operational requirements

- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication

What You'll Bring:

- Proven supervisory experience in commercial cleaning

- Strong attention to detail and quality control expertise

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Comfort with using Mobile Technologies and software for operations

Bonus Skills:

- Experience in specialised cleaning services such as:

- Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning

- Vinyl Stripping and Sealing

- Window Cleaning

- Other restoration/periodical services
