This role is generally responsible for administration support associated with the service work generated by mobile service technicians including, invoicing within Xero, reviewing, and completing new tasks. Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email is a key function of this role. You will use SimPro CRM system to manage customer data and scheduling jobs.
SimPRO
Review service reports
Invoice work in SimPRO and Xero
Assess feedback from technicians on service forms and determine course of action and follow up
Create tasks for work that needs manager input or feedback.
Administration
Providing administration support to technicians
Complete general administration tasks as required
Use email for communication with staff and to respond to customer enquiries
Send reports to customers
Customer Service
Respond to customers enquiries via email and phone
Text customers for servicing
Answer customer and organise call outs, additional work and changes to service dates/ times.
