Our newly refurbished showroom is complete and we are looking for a dynamic Showroom Assistant to join the team.

About the role

This part-time position is located in Roma at Andersens Flooring. You will become an integral part of the team, assisting with administrative duties and showroom sales to support the company’s sales and business development.

Our newly refurbished showroom design showcases all our quality products and will make assisting customers with their flooring or window coverings needs a positive experience.

Role: Showroom Assistant

Location: Roma, Western Qld

Hours: Part-time – 30hrs (Mon – Fri with alternating Sat (2hrs))

Duties & Responsibilities

® Offering exceptional customer service

® Providing administrative support including managing schedules, arranging quote measures and installation appointments

® Assist customers with accurate and timely quoting, order placement, tracking and processing to encourage repeat business

® Learn and stay up to date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance our customers experience

® Resolve customer questions and concerns in an efficient manner

® Maintaining a clean and professional showroom

® Assist with warehouse stock ie. Unload orders and manual handling

What we are looking for

® Proven experience in a sales assistant or administrative support role

® Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

® Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

® Proficient in standard office software

® Attention to details and have problem solving skills

® Flooring experience an advantage
