We are seeking a skilled individual to coordinate high-level executive, secretariat and project support services to the Executive Director System Financial Performance and Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
The role offers opportunities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the NSW Health system, as well as national agencies and funding bodies, to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $145,378 - $168,130 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
- Prepare and manage high-level communications and correspondence ensuring timely provision of Branch responses and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic and technical advice and facilitate informed decision making and planning
- Lead and/or contribute to projects and initiatives to support the achievement of strategic and operational objectives on behalf of the Branch or Deputy CFO
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as health administration, business, management or communications
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to varying audiences and demonstrated experience with records management and other office software
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships working at times to tight deadlines, consult and negotiate with diverse stakeholders and Executive both internal and external to the organisation
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to exercise independent judgement, willingness to accept responsibility and take initiative
