About the role:

Operating within Student Data and Reporting, the Reporting Analyst is responsible for analysing and translating complex business requirements into clear and actionable reporting solutions for stakeholders across the university. This role will support university-wide operations by providing insights from student data reports, identifying patterns and trends to assist business teams in developing strategies to enhance student load, retention and the overall student experience. This role also includes managing the ARGOS platform to ensure its optimal performance and efficiency in supporting the university's reporting needs.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $121,117 - $131,031 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $102,346 - $110,723 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
