This role will be reporting into the CFO and cover the financial control, compliance and fund co-ordination for the business. A 12-14 month FTC this role gives great exposure to an amazing business, central location with great remuneration on offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination and POC dealing with investors and fund administrators
  • All financial control elements of the business
  • Co-ordinating audits and tax returns
  • Corporate tax reporting
  • Reviewing Fund Admins reports and assisting them with trouble shooting
  • Dealing with various stakeholders to get relevant fund investment info
  • Cashflow analysis & forecasting


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Accounting or business-related degree
  • Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post qual experience
  • Property/Funds experience highly advantageous
  • Great ability to communicate with various stakeholders
  • Deadline delivery excellence
