We’re searching for a technically strong and commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end financial reporting process for the APAC region, including month/quarter/year-end close, consolidations, and intercompany transactions
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, P&L reviews, and financial statement preparation
• Liaise with external auditors and drive efficient, clean audit outcomes
• Oversee internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with group policies
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior finance professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• CA or CPA qualified, with a strong foundation from a Big 4 or mid-tier audit firm
• Solid experience managing audit processes and partnering with auditors
• Advanced technical accounting knowledge and a strong grasp of internal controls
• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis within a multinational or complex corporate structure
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching junior team members and building capability
