About the role

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Labourer/Factory Hand to join our team at Ram Conveyors and Rubber PTY LTD in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. This is a casual role, with the potential to lead to Full Time employment.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the installation and assembly of conveyor belts and rubber products

Performing general labouring tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar labouring or factory-based role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and follow instructions

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Open Drivers Licence and HRW - Forklift Licence is essential
