THELEC is seeking an General Labourer to join our team in a Monday-Friday Full Time Position, with overtime available.

Join a dynamic, friendly team where no two days are the same! We’re looking for an enthusiastic hands-on and reliable General Labourer / All Rounder to assist with a wide range of on-site duties across air conditioning installations, general labouring, and occasional handyman duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site set-ups and preparation.

Provide labouring support to various teams on-site.

Aid in Large Electrical & air conditioning installation projects (training provided if required).

Carry out basic concreting, Painting and handyman tasks as needed,

Handle ad hoc duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in maintaining stock and general warehouse duties

Maintain a high standard of safety and quality at all times

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience in air conditioning installation, general labouring, handyman work, or concreting (highly desirable).

Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Must hold Current Drivers Licence (manual preferred).

Must hold Current Construction Industry Induction Card

Strong work ethic and good time management

Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team at a fast pace & think on your feet

EWP licence – Working at Heights, Licence to Operate a Boom type EWP over 11m (desired, but not essential)

Must hold or have ability to obtain Working with Children Blue Card (Essential)
