Are you an experienced leader in the community services sector with a passion for person-centred care and empowering people with disabilities? Langford Support Services is looking for a Program Manager – Community to guide and mentor our dedicated support teams. This is a permanent full time role.

Your Impact Starts Here:
As a Program Manager, you will provide leadership to our Community Connections and Community Hub programs, supporting people with complex needs and overseeing day-to-day service operations. This full-time position (Monday to Friday, with participation in the on-call roster) will be based at our Head Office and Community Hub.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Senior Program Manager – Community you will:
Lead and support a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers across community-based programs.
Drive continuous improvement in participant planning, wellbeing and safety
Foster strong relationships with families, stakeholders and community partners
Oversee rostering, reporting, record-keeping and compliance.
Participating in the after-hours on-call roster to ensure responsive, 24/7 participant support
Driving service quality and safety in line with the NDIS, child and youth safe frameworks
Work with transport requirements (a car is essential for this role)
What You Bring:
A relevant qualification in Management in the Community Sector or Leadership
Proven experience leading community or disability support teams
A deep understanding of the NDIS, child and youth safety frameworks and person-centred approaches
Excellent communication, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
A collaborative leadership style with resilience and adaptability
A genuine commitment to inclusion and advocacy
Qualifications & Requirements:
A current Level 2 Senior First Aid Certificate – upon appointment
A current Administration of Medication Certificate
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check with NDIS endorsement (can be obtained upon starting).
National Police Check (less than six months old)
A valid Australian driver’s license (preferred)
NDIS Orientation Module Completion
