About us

McGrath Port Stephens is looking for a vibrant and organised Front Office Manager to join our team. Our Front Office Managers are the face of the business, being the first person our guests and clients see and talk to, so they are the most important part of our office.

You'll work in a team of three people in a busy real estate and holiday home office, doing all those little things that make our office world go round. You'll be outgoing and confident, with a contagious good energy that welcomes everyone to our office. This position involves working each Saturday so has a mid-week day off.

Qualifications & experience

Excellent telephone and speaking manner

Experience with Office365

Excellent attention to detail

Very well presented

Available to work Saturday's

Tasks & responsibilities

Answering incoming calls & greeting visitors

Email management

Issuing & managing property keys

Maintaining office presentation including regular office cleaning duties

Ad-hoc tasks to assist property management & sales teams
