About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Demand Planner to join our growing team! If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about planning and forecasting — especially in the fast-moving furniture world — this could be your perfect next move.

This role will report directly to the Product Manager while working closely with purchasing and shipping team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our Product Manager to ensure accurate planning across our diverse and exciting product range

Help maintain optimal inventory levels that meet business demand while minimising excess stock and reducing markdown risk

Monitor and analyse sales trends, seasonality, and customer behaviour to support data-driven forecasting and decision-making

Assist in generating regular inventory reports, identifying non-performing lines, and recommending actions to improve stock turnover

Adjust forecasts in response to market shifts, promotions, and real-time sales feedback

Contribute to supplier performance monitoring and help ensure compliance within the business framework

Support inventory optimisation and other demand planning initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, merchandising, or similar roles

Experience in the furniture industry would be highly regarded, not essential

Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
