This role includes the management of product/delivery claims that arise from time to time, these claims can happen due to delivery issues, warranty issues or general customer enquiries. The Customer Service team determine the outcome of claims based on a set of guidelines, dependent on the nature of the claim. This communication can be in the form of email or phone communication.

We are looking for:

• An experienced, detailed customer service professional to work in the office of our Acacia Ridge warehouse.
• Someone with previous experience in dealing with customers, whether it be happy or disgruntled customers, unfortunately, people are not always as respectful as we would like them to be, having the ability to deliver an unpopular message is important in this role - you can't always please everyone, as much as we try!
• An organised, self-motivated worker who is reliable and adaptable
• A quick learner who has confidence to make determinations quickly and effectively and confidently communicate them with customer
• Full training provided
• Monday to Friday, onsite
