Your New Role:

As a Demand and Supply Planner reporting to the Global Director of Planning, you’ll play a key role in optimising the supply chain for the ANZ region, driving accuracy in demand forecasting, and ensuring seamless product transitions. If you’re passionate about collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to shine and contribute to the success of the business.

Capabilities:

Demand and Supply Planning Expertise: Manage the demand and supply planning functions effectively with the regional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail in managing data, orders, and inventory to ensure accuracy in all aspects of planning.

Forecast Accuracy: Utilise analytics and demand signals to ensure precise forecasting and timely adjustments to support business needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to align forecasts, NPI Launches, and transitions for seamless business execution.

Market and Trend Analysis: Proactively manage inventory levels, mitigate risks, and improve KPI’s, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and efficient supply chain processes.

Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve supply chain issues, driving process improvements to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
