Club Noble is seeking an experienced fully qualified Chef to join our team as a Second Chef. An opportunity to showcase your talent and build a brand new Asian Inspired menu.

We require the 2nd Chef to:

• Have prior experience in Asian Cuisine and Modern Australian
• Work effectively within the Kitchen Brigade to ensure high customer service standards
• Follow all health and hygiene standards
• Have relevant industry experience
• Be extremely reliable and hard working
• Available for immediate start
• Available to work week-ends / split shifts
• Diploma qualified or equivalent

The key responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing, cooking and serving high quality meals
• The effective and efficient operation of the kitchen
• Managing kitchen equipment and inventory
• Receiving and examining supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet venue and food safety standards
• Abiding by food safety regulations
• Ensuring cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen

An attractive salary between $75k - $80k is available to the right candidate.
