About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Qualified Chef to join our team at Bonny Hills Garden Cafe in Bonny Hills NSW 2445. As a full-time Qualified Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering exceptional cuisine for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our cafe.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients

Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards

Adhering to strict health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Collaborating with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work station

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies

What we're looking for

Formal culinary training and a recognised qualification as a chef

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a qualified chef in a similar role

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Creative flair and a passion for producing high-quality dishes

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
