About the Role
We're seeking two Senior Associates, Infrastructure, to coordinate and drive priority infrastructure projects across regional NSW. This is a role where you can make a tangible difference to the future of NSW's infrastructure.
In this position, you will work closely with various government departments and agencies to establish governance frameworks, monitor project progress, and ensure that initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. You will also provide strategic advice to senior leadership, including the Premier and Cabinet, helping to guide decisions on key infrastructure priorities.
As a Senior Associate, Infrastructure, you will directly shape the delivery of projects that have a lasting impact on regional communities. You will oversee multiple projects, manage competing priorities, and resolve challenges that may affect timelines or outcomes. Ensuring alignment between agencies and effective stakeholder communication will be key to your success.

We're Looking For
- Governance and Project Management: Proven experience in managing and delivering infrastructure projects within set timelines and scope
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders and government agencies
- Strategic Advice and Reporting: Expertise in preparing high-level reports, submissions, and strategic advice for senior leadership, including the Premier and Cabinet
- Risk Management and Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Time Management and Prioritisation: Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and delivering results within tight deadlines.
