So, you’re a CA who’s either open to a change or actively looking. Either way, you’re curious, and that’s usually a good sign.

You’ll be joining a good bunch. There’s already a team of capable Contract Administrators on the ground, and we’re looking for someone who can add a bit of maturity to it. Someone who’s had a few wins, knows how things work, and can bring more stability to the commercial side.

The job’s based in Melbourne’s west on a data centre build with serious momentum. It’s currently a $200m job with another two and a half years to run and will likely land around the $500m mark all up. Think service heavy, fast moving and a client who’s regularly on site. It’s not a role where you’ll be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be in the thick of it, in meetings, contributing, learning from smart people around you.

If you’re hungry for progress, there’s a path here. Plenty of people on this team have stepped up into PM or Commercial Manager roles. It’s that sort of place. If you do good work, it gets noticed.

This isn’t a role for someone green or trying to break into commercial. You’ll need experience in hospitals, data centres, or large commercial jobs with a strong focus on services. If that’s you, then we should talk.

Salary is up to $220k, and there’s always a bit of flex if it makes sense.
