Builder and Developer - High-end apartments and Hotel projects

Having secured a beautiful new project in Melbourne's inner northern suburbs my client is looking to add an experienced contracts administrator to their team. The project is a beautifully designed apartment building featuring 10 stories of modern living space and attractive and functional common areas.

Key responsibilities

Procurement

Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules

Letting and Vetting of subcontractor packages

Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts

Progress claims

Financial Reporting

Key skills required to succeed

A strong attention to detail

A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge, skills

Previous experience as a Contract Administrator working on commercial projects over $10M

Multi-level structural package experience

JOBPAC software experience seen as a bonus (but not absolutely necessary)

Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors

Excellent communication and negotiating skills
