Children Experienced Disability Support Workers Wanted!

Desirable Criteria:

Experience in child development and early learning through play-based activities

Experience responding to non-verbal behaviours and personal care needs

Experienced and comfortable supporting children with their assistive aids

Experienced with PEG feeding and safety protocols

Right to work in Australia

Current First Aid & CPR

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Working With Children's Check

Drivers License

MAIN DUTIES:

Providing assistance and support to improve daily living

Assist with daily domestic tasks

Assist with meal preparation

Providing support to develop independence skills

Assisting with accessing community for appointments, outings and leisure

Assisting to build capacity with transportation, personal care and social interactions

Helping participants to achieve their goals

Following procedures including the collation of data and report writing.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of participant interactions and services provided.
