15 Store Portfolio | Multi-Site Retail Leadership

We’re looking for a high-performing Area Manager to oversee 15 retail locations across NSW for a growing and well-established Australian retail group.
This is a senior, multi-site leadership role suited to someone with experience managing 10+ stores or large-format retail environments, with a focus on team leadership, sales performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store teams across 15 locations
• Drive sales, KPIs and manage wage efficiency
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards
• Oversee stocktake and inventory accuracy
• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing store leaders
• Act as the key link between store operations and senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years in a multi-site retail management role (10+ stores or large-format multi site experience preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on results
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and development
• Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills
• Competency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
