About the role

Midland' is seeking experienced Trailer Welders and Fabricators to join our dynamic manufacturing team based in Kyneton, Victoria. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and expertise in the fabrication of high-quality trailers and transport equipment.

What you'll be doing

Operate welding equipment to fabricate and assemble trailer components and structures according to precise engineering specifications

Interpret technical drawings and diagrams to ensure accurate and compliant assembly

Perform minor fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, and grinding of metal components

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment

Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any production issues

Adhere to all quality, safety, and environmental standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Strong technical skills in the use of welding equipment and fabrication tools

Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and blueprints

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively in a team

Forklift license or similar material handling experience is highly desirable
