ALUMINIUM FABRICATOR

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Fabricator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our fabrication department. We are in search of an individual with experience in manufacturing aluminium curtain wall systems, windows and doors, louvres, and cladding, especially in the commercial construction sector. A strong background in assisting the production team is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist production team with cutting and assembling aluminum cladding and extrusions according to design specifications, including curtain wall panels, commercial fixed windows, awning/casement windows, top-hung and bottom-rolling sliding doors, bi-fold doors, and hinged doors.

· Ensure that all fabrication processes meet industry standards and satisfy project quality requirements.

· Interpret technical manuals and production drawings, with a solid understanding of Logikal/Cad assembly drawings, to ensure all production drawings align with the manufacturer’s specifications.

· Operate cutting and shaping equipment with care and precision.

· Undertake any technical challenges that arise and find ways to improve our fabrication methods, aiming to minimize material waste and boost productivity.

· Oversee inventory management to make sure materials are readily available for all fabrication and installation tasks.

· Identify and address any potential critical stages in the production or installation processes to keep everything running smoothly.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Experienced Aluminium fabricator 5-10 years

White card

Forklift license

7:00am-3:30am working hours, Monday to Friday (may require overtime)
