Kinexus are looking for a recruitment professional for a role with one of the most prolific companies within the Defence sector. The portfolio includes the some of the biggest projects in Defence across the LAND, SEA, AIR and Cyber domains.

Working in an RPO environment based on site at the client who are continuing to expand so recruitment plays a big part to their future vision. They have a well-developed EVP coupled with access to the most technologically advanced projects in Australia.

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be tasked with supporting the recruitment for both ICT and Engineering roles. Importantly, you will be working to support the growth of Key projects in the Defence sector and in turn, the growth of Defence Capability.

This is an opportunity to grow your recruitment skills to the next level. You will be working within a supportive and dynamic on-site team as part of an RPO which is recognised internally for its recruitment excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying talent across Defence, Engineering and ICT.
• Source candidates nationally into a broad range of Defence ICT & Engineering projects.
• Partner with Business managers to create recruitment strategies in line with current needs.
• Work with bid teams to provide recruitment input and subject matter expertise on the availability of personnel.
• Work with line managers to identify and interview talent through a broad referral network.
• Support a great company to grow.
• Work closely with a great HR team
• Working with key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 2 years + of experience in recruitment within Australia.
• A passion for defence or the technical world would be very beneficial.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Outcome focused.
• A thorough understanding of the recruitment process.
