YOUR ROLE:

• Advertising and managing job ads
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Presenting resumes to clients
• Building strong relationships with our existing client base
• Using CRM and recruitment tech tools

ABOUT YOU:

• Ideally 12+ months' experience in Trades, Construction, or Manufacturing recruitment
  OR
• 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role within manufacturing or construction, ready to step into recruitment
• Positive, motivated, and ready to build a successful recruitment career with a supportive team
