Our client is a well-established, Indigenous-owned civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across remote and regional Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their team on two landmark $15 million civil projects in the Northern Territory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project engineering functions from planning through to completion
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

About You:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure or earthworks projects
• Proven track record delivering projects in regional or remote areas
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of ISO-compliant safety and quality systems
• FIFO or remote project experience highly regarded
