Leading Hand HD | Hazelmere | Permanent

• Full-time contract - $170,000
• Provide crew and technical support across CAT rebuilds and planned maintenance
• $65hr - Super Paid on all Hours - Heaps of employee benefits

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working on CAT mining equipment - Rebuild experience highly desirable
• Supervisory experience or leadership capability - Role is open to experienced HD Fitters looking to step up to LH
• CAT SIS experience
• Recognised Australian/NZ Trade Cert (MEM)

Your role

• Lead and coordinate a team of fitters and trades assistants in the rebuilds and repair of CAT mining gear
• Schedule repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate rebuilds of CAT and Komatsu equipment
• Oversee accurate machine inspection reports and documentation
• Completion of a machine inspection report prior to any equipment leaving or being returned to client
• Support and mentor team members while maintaining high standards
